Made for little hands

Pet-a-Tank is built for children around 2 to 6, including those who can't read yet. Every instruction comes through pictures, animation and a friendly spoken voice. There's no way to fail and nothing scary, just a little pet to care for.

Choose an egg and hatch your own pet: a baby dinosaur, a unicorn, an elephant and many more.
Feed it, give it water, keep it warm and let it rest.
Build and decorate its tank with sand, water, rocks, plants and toys.
Watch it walk, swim, play, sleep and grow up over the days.
Learn along the way: feelings, counting, colours, shapes and first words, spoken aloud.
Snap photos of your pet and keep them in its picture book.

For grown-ups

Grown-up settings hide behind a long press, with an optional PIN.
Optional daily play-time limit that ends with a gentle "sleepy pet" wind-down.
Several children can each have their own pets on one device.
Free to try. One optional purchase, made by a grown-up in the settings, unlocks everything for good.
No ads, no subscriptions, no chat and no links out for children to tap.
Works offline. Everything is saved on your device and nothing is sent to us.
